After a month I think it’s about time to keep you on the top of things. My results are nothing short of amazing – well, I’m over the Moon. I feel there’s “less of me”: I only weigh 83,4 kilos, which means 10 lost.
In the past month I had some difficulties with keeping up with the work-out routine – I caught a cold. I did however do my exercise, just not as intensely as I should. I put emphasis on my legs. In a few weeks I’m planning my vacation but when I return, I’d like to continue with my work with you. I’d really like to see if an old fart like me can make it to the top.
