Access to the data we have collected on www.lchflove.com is exclusively enabled by the controller. We do not share any personal data that you have voluntarily entrusted to us electronically or any other way, with no one, we are not lending or selling them.

We use them exclusively to communicate with you or to fulfill the reason we needed them (regular notification of news, actions, etc., processing for prize games and campaigns, sending of purchased items). How do we process and use this data?
To receive your data, we use the ninjaforms.com plugin. The plugin enables sending your data to the newsletter application (emailoctopus.com), where your data is stored. We use the data to send newsletter and do not process them in any other way. When we can not deliver e-mail to your address (if your mailbox is full, if the mailbox no longer exists, or if you provide us with an incorrect email address), we will automatically unsubscribe you or manually delete you from the database.

Profile #2: Downloading of free e-documents or e-books

What data do you provide to be able to download the free e-documents?
To get access to the free e-docments, we ask you to provide your first and last name (both optional) and email address (required).
Why do we need this data?
We need your email address to be able to send you the requested document and your name and surname (optional) to personalize your copy of the email.
How long do we store this data?
We keep this data until you request a deletion.

Profile #3: Registration to the events we organize

What data do you provide to register for events?
To register for the events we organize, we ask you to provide your first and last name, phone number and email address (required).
Why do we need this data?
We need the email address to be able to send you a proforma invoice, and all other information for verification of registered attendees or notifying the attendees in case the event is postponed or cancelled.
How long do we store this data?
We store this data until the event. After the event we delete it.
Who do we share this data with and who has access to it?
We do not share data and allow access to anyone who is not in a relationship with an controller, this includes the person who checks your identity upon entering an event.
How do we process and use this data?

Profile #4: Nutrition or training counseling questionnaire

What data do you provide for ordering nutrition or training counseling?
When purchasing to counseling services, we ask you to provide a larger set of personal data (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, gender, age, average sleep duration, body height, body weight, nutrition goals, smoking habits, drinking habits, dietary habits and preferences, drinking habits, habits of taking supplements, sports habits and energy consumption estimates, and health issues related to your current state of health, the medicines you are taking, information about injuries and surgeries you might have had, information about your allergies, diagnoses that you have or have had, and information on the family history of cardiovascular disease).

In case you choose to pay by credit card, you also send your financial data (for example, credit card data). We do not see your financial data on Paypal payments, as you do all this with PayPal. This only tells us that payment has been successful.

We need all this data so that we can fulfill your desire: to purchase a particular product. The name, surname, address and telephone number are needed for delivery, and the email address for confirmation and transaction data and further communication, if required.

More about your privacy

Combined forms

At www.lchflove.com we like to combine our typical forms with an option for you to subscribe to our newsletter. This means that with a form, set up for you to download a free e-book, we also offer you an option to subscribe to our newsletter as well. The data relating to the form itself on one hand and the newsletter subsciption data are stored separately. Subscribing to the newsletter is never required for whatever you are requesting with a form, but purely voluntary. For example: if you want us to send you an e-book, we will send it to you, even if you do not subscribe to the newsletter.

Website stats

We may occasionally share statistics about website visitors with partners or advertisers. Such information does not contain any such data that personally identifies anyone who has communicated in any way with our website.
