This breakfast idea is labelled #1. I have to confess though, I don’t really envision breakfast idea #2 – I love this one so much!
Ingredients
3 g coconut oil
half red pepper
half zucchini
30 g bacon
2 eggs
20 g butter
20 g ground cheese
salt, pepper and all the things you like from your spice drawer
Directions
Heat the coconut oil in the pan, add bacon, the red pepper and sliced zuchinni. Don’t burn like I did (while taking photos). When the veggies soften, add the eggs and spices.
Add the butter when you took the mixture from the heat and mix with the cheese.
