Cold Tuna with Red Peppers & Avocado

Salad with Salmon, Red Pepper and Avocado

Salmon is one of the staple LCHF foods. Not only is it packed with healthy fats, it is also delicious beyond anything. This time we grilled and chilled it to make this tasty ad-hoc salad style dish.

Ingredients

  • a salmon filet
  • half of a small avocado
  • red pepper
  • salt, pepper,
  • minced garlic
  • olive oil
  • fresh lemon juice
Cold Tuna with Red Peppers & Avocado

Directions

Season the salmon with the salt, pepper, dill and garlic. Place salmon on the preheated grill and cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. When chilled, flake the salmon and place on the plate, adding sliced pepper and avocado. Season with olive oil and lemon juice.
