I can’t imagine getting fed up with scrambled eggs, but just in case you are one of those people who do, here’s an idea: sweet omelette.
2 tbs natural sweetener Sukrin
1 tbs Sukrin Organic Almond Flour
a pinch of salt
butter to grease the pan
Melt the butter in a large pan. Mix the eggs and Sukrin, almond flour, salt and vanilla. Pour into the pan and cook until the bottom side is done and the omellete can be easily turned around. Cook the other side as well.
Serve with whipped cream, hazelnut creme, chocolate chips or low-carb jam.
