Do you like to keep it as simple as possible? Well, keto / LCHF doesn’t get any easier. Use some veggies and some cheese et voila! Done.


half an onion (smaller)

half red pepper

half yellow pepper

half zucchini

a few slices of bacon

a piece of cheese

some butter

Vegetables with Cheese & Bacon


Chop the onions and set aside. Put the bacon in the cold pan and start cooking over medium heat until the bacon is crisp and brownish. Remove bacon to a plate and put the butter to the pan. When the butter is hot, put in the onions and cook until needed. Now add the chopped vegetables and sauté for a while (longer if you like softer veggies). Put on a plate, add bacon and shredded cheese … and enjoy.
