Ingredients
half an onion (smaller)
half red pepper
half yellow pepper
half zucchini
a few slices of bacon
a piece of cheese
some butter
Directions
Chop the onions and set aside. Put the bacon in the cold pan and start cooking over medium heat until the bacon is crisp and brownish. Remove bacon to a plate and put the butter to the pan. When the butter is hot, put in the onions and cook until needed. Now add the chopped vegetables and sauté for a while (longer if you like softer veggies). Put on a plate, add bacon and shredded cheese … and enjoy.
